Backing up data locally

Using the Project settings page under the Export Data tab, you can back up all data on demand.

1. What's included:

All document comments and history: Exported as a .csv file, this contains every event (approval, stamp, send) as well as comments between consultants.

All Finalized PDFs and attached files: PDFs generated by Part3 as well as all artifacts uploaded to Part3 by users.

2. Not included in the export:

In-progress documents: Anything not yet issued/distributed is not included in the export.

Markup activity: While we do save the markup visuals, we do not store the event history (ie. "Michael Scott inserted an arrow at 9:48 am")
