Bluebeam links for Submittals
We understand that there are some submittals that are just too complex to mark-up and review in Part3. If you're office or consultants are using Bluebeam to review a document, you can add the link to your submittal to let the team know!
Step 1: After you have created the submittal, hit 'Edit' in the top right corner.
Step 2: Add the Bluebeam session link
Step 3: Click 'Update' at the bottom of the pop-up. The icon will appear in the header to notify the Consultant team that the review is being done in Bluebeam.
Clicking on the icon will direct you to the Bluebeam session.
Step 4: Use our comments to notify the consultant team that they can join the Bluebeam session to review the submittal there.
Step 5: Once you are finished your review in Bluebeam, download the finished PDF and upload it to Part3 for distribution.
Best practice is to upload 'flattened' PDF documents into Part3.
