Bluebeam links for Submittals

📌 Using Bluebeam for Complex Reviews

We know that some submittals can be too complex to easily mark up and review directly in Part3. If your office or consultants are using Bluebeam for review, you can simply add the Bluebeam link to your submittal so the whole team knows where to find it!

Step 1: After you have created the submittal, hit 'Edit' in the top right corner. 

Step 2: Add the Bluebeam session link

Step 3: Click 'Update' at the bottom of the pop-up. The icon will appear in the header to notify the Consultant team that the review is being done in Bluebeam.

Clicking on the icon will direct you to the Bluebeam session. 

Step 4: Use our comments to notify the consultant team that they can join the Bluebeam session to review the submittal there.

Step 5: Once you are finished your review in Bluebeam, download the finished PDF and upload it to Part3 for distribution.
