Distribution Lists

Part3 helps you automate distribution lists for all documents issued in the platform. In order for a user to be automatically included in a distribution list, they must have this setting enabled under their individual contact settings. 

Adding Users to the Distribution List

Step 1: In your project, click 'Team' on the left-hand navigation bar. 

Step 2. Browse your project team to find the user you want to add to the distribution list. 

Step 3: Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the user's row. Select 'Edit'.

Step 4: Scroll down to the Permissions section and tick the box 'Distribution List'. Once completed, click 'Update'. 

When you go back to the project team page, you will see the envelope icon on their contact row is now dark blue. This means they are on the distribution list.
