Editing Distribution Lists

Once your document or Site Report is finalized and issued/distributed, Part3 will automatically send out the final PDF package to all Users added to the Distribution list.

Before you add individuals to your distribution list, make sure they are on your project team.

To Add Users to the Distribution List

  1. Click  +Add next to the Distribution list:

  1. Filter by their role or select the team member from the list, then click Add:

  1. The User will be added to your Report's Distribution list!

To Remove Users From the Distribution List

  1. Click on the X next to the name of the User you wish to remove from the Distribution list:

  1. The User will be removed from the list.
