Types of Project Groups

There are 3 different types of project groups:

System Generated

These are groups that have a gear icon. 2 groups are automatically generated by Part3 for you,

1. All of your organization's projects
2. 'Your assigned projects'

You can delete these groups if you want, we are just giving you an introduction to the power of project groups!

Public

Public groups have a building icon.

Only individuals who have 'Admin' permissions at the organizational level can create, edit, and delete a public group.

Private

Private groups have a person icon. These are only visible to you!

Any individual can create as many private groups as they want. Maybe you want to organize your groups by client, sector, contract type, or location! Use project groups to help you organize yourself and view stats across all projects!
