Group Analytics

Now that you have project groups created, you finally get to see the power behind them, and why we created them in the first place!

In this article, we'll highlight the different areas on the analytics page and explain how to interpret the data, and of course - why it's powerful!

Click on the grey 'View group analytics' button.

Now you're in! You'll see a lot of information and different scales. So let's go through it.

Group totals

The area highlighted in green shows the combined totals from all the projects within the group

The 'Response Times' is the average time for submittals and RFIs across all projects in the group

Response time per project

When you create your projects in Part3, you enter the review period you have for submittals and RFIs. These are typically your contractually obligated review times.

We use these durations, and your average response times to show how all of your projects are doing!

A green circle means you are meeting or surpassing your review periods! 👍

A red circle means that you are exceeding the review period you have entered for that project.

The orange vertical lines show you the average review times across all of the projects within that group.

If you want to dive deeper into one of your projects, click on the circle until it becomes blue. This will show you the name of the project, the current response time on the project, and the expected response time.

You can click on the name of the project to be taken right to the project dashboard.

This information can be incredibly helpful so you can see which projects you should focus on. For instance, perhaps a project with a very high response time is overwhelmed with RFIs. It doesn't indicate that the team is underperforming, it simply suggests they might require some additional assistance for a little while.

Track and improve your team's performance!

Volume per project

The scales in this area will show you the number of each document type on your projects. These numbers are a total of both in-progress and issued documents.

The circles are a project. If the shade is darker, it means there are multiple projects at that specific point on the scale.

You can hover over one of the circles to view the volume count on that project.

If you click the circle, it will turn blue. You can then click into the project and it will direct you to the project dashboard for a deeper look.

On the right-hand side of the screen, you will find a list of all the projects within that group, sorted alphabetically. Simply click on the project name to easily jump right to the overview page. Enjoy!
