Your Branding and Disclaimers

Your own brand identity and language can continue to be used in Part3.

In this article, we'll cover how to upload your disclaimers and set up your cover pages

This article is only applicable for Consultants and Collaborators on Part3.

Be sure to send your Prime Consultant (the firm who invited you to Part3) a high quality version of your logo. They will add it so it automatically appears on cover pages for your company!

Your company info

To update your company disclaimers and cover page follow the steps below

Step 1: Go to the Setting's tab on the left-hand navigation.

Step 2: Click "Document Settings"

Step 3: Set the primary color that matches your brand (use the hex code). Upload your company footer.

Step 4: Click on one of the document types to set the document titles and upload your disclaimers. The disclaimers are the standard language your company uses on documents (typically copy and paste from your word docs).

Your logo can only be uploaded by the Prime Consultant on your project (the firm who invited you to Part3), so be sure to send them a high quality logo for the automatic cover pages.

As a Consultant, the most important documents to add disclaimers to are Submittals, RFIs, change, and instruction documents your company will generate (proposed change, change directive and instructions).
