Report Cards
In addition to project groups, you can track your project analytics with our report card feature, if you have admin permissions! This will give you a summary of all open submittals and RFIs, including whose court they're in! 👏
Create Your Report Card
There are two ways to access your report card, depending on what data you're looking for.
- Option 1- Report Card for All Projects: To get an overview of every project at your organization, export at your organization level. To do this, access your organization by clicking the menu at the top left of Part3, select your organization at the bottom of the dropdown list, followed by selecting the report card button at the projects tab.
- Option 2 - Report Card for Specific Projects: To get a personalized report card to show a specific group of projects, export at your project dashboard. To do this, go to your project dashboard by clicking Part3 in the top left, click the "..." to the right of your project group, and select export projects report card. You can always create a new project group first, to add the projects you'd like to track!
Once you export your report card, look out for a Part3 email, which will include your report card in an excel file, and it will look something like the below. Use this data to get real time data across your projects for open submittals and RFIs! 💫
