Version your drawings - RFI responses

This article will show you how to add drawings or a sketch as part of a RFI response. Maybe you have a revised sheet to show a few new dimensions, or capture missing wall tags - whatever the reason, you can add a new version!

Step 1 - Click the + Add drawings button just above the cover page.

Step 2 - Drag and drop the attachment that has an updated full drawing sheet or sketch.

During the upload phase - review or fill out the following.

1. Drawing No. and Title - Check for accuracy
2. Issuance date - this is usually the date of the upload or the revision date in your title block
3. Description - if applicable, provide a brief description about what is being updated/revised
4. Document type - If it is not a drawing, you can change it to a sketch or attachment

Click the blue 'Save and next' button to review all sheets/attachments.

When you're ready, click 'Upload all'

If you need to modify any information, you can click the 3 dots near the revision number to make edits.

Step 3 - Return the RFI. At this point, you can decide if you want to make this the latest version of the drawing.
