Connecting Part3 & Procore
To sync your Procore data into Part3, users must be authorized in Procore and the General Contractor needs to establish the project connection. Once those pieces are in place, Part3 can seamlessly sync RFIs and Submittals between the two platforms.
In this article, we’ll walk you through the steps to get everything connected and ready to go!

What the Prime Consultant needs to do
The first thing you need to do is add your General Contractor to your project team in Part3, and ensure that they have the 'General Contractor' role assigned. Follow the below steps to complete this:
The person at the GC company who makes the connection must have "Webhooks API" set to Standard on their Procore permission template, at both the Company & Project levels.
Step 1: Go to the team's tab at the project level, add their company. Click the blue '+ Company' button in the top right corner. Add the company, and choose the 'General Contractor' role.

Step 2: Now select '...' next to the newly added company, followed by 'add member'.
Add the General Contractors' contact person and their information. Make sure the 'send project invitation email' box is ticked. Click 'Add member' when finished.
The user will receive an email to create an account in Part3.

The next step is for your General Contractor to make the connection!
What the General Contractor needs to do
Before connecting, make sure the steps below are completed in order — Procore first, then Part3.
In Procore
Step 1: The person making the connection must have "Webhooks API" set to Standard on their Procore permission template, at both the Company level and the Project level.

Step 2: Go to Company Tools > Admin > App Management and install Part3 from the Procore Marketplace.

In Part3
Step 1: Log in to Part3 and accept your project invite from the Prime Consultant.
Step 2: Authorize your account by clicking your initials in the top right corner and selecting Account Settings. Scroll to the Integrations section and click the blue Authorize button. You'll be redirected to Procore to log in — once done, you'll be sent back to Part3 with your permissions authorized.

Step 3: Head to your project's Settings page and click the Integrations tab. Click Connect, confirm your role and permissions, then select your company and project and click Create Connection.
That's it! Your submittals and RFIs will now sync between Procore and Part3. ✨
