Changing the Default Addressee

Part3 automatically selects your General Contractor as the cover page Addressee for your Change Documents. However, you can always select a different default Addressee by doing the following:

Step 1: In your Project, go to Team and select 'Edit cover pages'.

Step 2: Under General, find the Default Addressee field and click on it to reveal a list of eligible companies. Select one and the setting will be automatically saved:

Going forward, this will be your default addressee on the Cover Pages for this Project's Change Documents. This will also affect all previously created and/or issued Change Documents in the Project.

You can also change the default Addressee by clicking Edit cover pages within a Change document:
