What's Changed: Returning submittals
Returning a submittal is a high stakes action. You should be sure of what you're returning and who you're retuning to.
Now you get a full-screen preview on every submittal: the files, the cover page, and where it's going.
Why it's better
- No more surprises. Before you return, you see the exact files being returned, a preview of the cover page, and the destination — distributed by email, or returned to Procore under your name.
- You choose the files and the order. Pick which attachments go out and drag to reorder them.
- You can see who's actually receiving it. The distribution list shows individual people, not just a group count. Hover a name to see which group they came from.
- Same experience on every submittal. Procore connected or not.
- Auto generated cover pages on all Procore submittals. An optional cover page with your logo and disclaimer on every submittal.
